We have received the new Aurora Limited English version from Ainol today. The new Aurora's IPS is made by LG instead of Hitachi. All other online stores are selling the Chinese version even if they are lucky to get a hold of Aurora.
We reported on May 8th that Ainol has resumed the Aurora production to meet the high demand from customers. According to the GM of Ainol's International Business, Chevy Wu"The IPS screen supply is now under the control. We are also doing our best to ensure the quality of those IPS screens is good". The IPS screen on the new Aurora is LG screen instead of the Hitachi screen used on the old version of Aurora. In addition, Ainol is released an limited English Edition of the new Aurora this week, which includes English language and apps on the tablet, English package box, and English manual. As Ainol's oversea distributor, uPlay Tablet received the first load of this new limited English edition of the new Aurora with LG screen.
This is the front side of the package – looks clean and nice.The backside of the English version Aurora package lists the major features of Aurora in English.
The tablet itself is wrapped in a dedicated box within the package for better protection.

1) Customer can take 90% refund in case of not satisfied from the product. The refund claim is acceptable within 3 working days after buying the product from the company, otherwise the refund claim will not acceptable. Shipping and handling charges will be paid by the customer.

The purchase receipt and card must be presented together with the warranty when making a claim under this warranty. If in the event the receipt of purchase and card is not presented, then this warranty is invalid.
3) Please ensure that the product is properly packaged so as to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during transit. Also make sure you have included an explanation of the problem.
4) In the event that the goods requiring repair under warranty, the owner is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from Ainol Pakistan Branch. Whilst in transit the goods are at the owner's risk.
5) In the event that no identical Product is available for replace, Ainol Pakistan has the right to replace the Product with a device of equal capacity, or offer the customer the choice of a Product upgrade which may incur an extra cost.
6) This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products will replaced. This warranty does not extend to accessories. This warranty does not cover LCD and Batteries or any other consumable items .
7) This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized medication, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.
8) The warranty will not apply if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product.
9) The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, mis-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product.
