AUJ has successfully pleaded the case of Organization of Islamic Conference Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation ("COMSTECH") against Islamabad Electric Supply Company ("IESCO") and excessive billing of Rs. 385,331/- is declared illegal by the adjudicating authority.
AUJ is protecting the Intellectual Property Rights of Star Movies, Star World, Star Sports, ESPN, National Geographic, Sky News, Fox News, Adventure 1, Channel V ("Star Network's Satellite Television Channels") in Pakistan with an achieved success rate of 100% in 14 court cases lodged so far for the enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.
AUJ positively concluded 5 years old rounds of litigation between sponsors of Pakistani films based satellite television channel and the dispute regarding US$ 334,000/- is amicably resolved through an out-of-court settlement.
AUJ has been appointed by Digiwatch (SMC-Pvt) Limited to prepare and file recovery claim against a UK based company in the County Court of London, United Kingdom.
AUJ is representing A.J.Corporation against Fauji Fertilizers Bin Qasim Limited for arbitration proceedings before the Sindh High Court, Karachi.
