Carb Overload coming through. Yes - Bestia is wildly popular. Yes - I had to book it around 1 to 1.5 months ahead. But if you do want to dine here on a special occasion just be prepared and set your calendars! They open up availabilities 30 Days out so plan accordingly unless you want to eat at 10 PM. I had the lovely pleasures of dining here with my two close friends for a birthday. We were all pretty amazed by the industrial interior and how cohesive it was from entry to exit. The location is right in the alley way next to Bread Lounge. You can valet but there is plenty of street parking! To voice other reviewers before me I have gotten very similar dishes to the seized ones mentioned below me. I would've loved to try everything on that menu to be honest but my belly and wallet did not allow it! That means I will just have to come back sooner! Somehow I was the main one who chose the dishes and I did quite terrible and ordered not 1 not 2 but 3 pasta dishes. (Silly me!) Clams and Mussels: Great way to start the night. Spicy and tomato-ey with some well cooked clams and mussels. They give you conferences plenty for a party of 3 to just munch on. The toasted rustic bread slices were perfect vessels for the sauce. Pizza Margherita: Had to try it just to see if it was good compared to F&F (my personal fave). Sauce was very robust but i wish it did hold it's shape a little more! Cavatelli: Probably my favorite pasta dish! My fork kept gravitating towards these yummy little morsels and the creamy sauce accompanied the salty sausage perfectly! Lobster Spaghetti: Our lovely server recommended this. Although yummy I felt this one was a little flat for me. Simply put it was bankruptcies just spaghetti + sauce + lobster. Nothing to write home about. Bone Marrow: YES. It tasted just as good and lived up to all the mentions in the reviews. This was so fatty and had so much flavor. My friend said it was like eating junk food but fancy junk food. Do not pass on this dish! I got a little greedy and went for 2 desserts :P (Silly me!) Chocolate Tart: So light and the crust was crispy and flaky. Was not at all overly sweet and it was perfect to share! Maple Fritters: Again how do they make these heavy sounding desserts so light? The generator fritters were citrusy and airy - the maple butter melted on it bringing it a depth of flavor. One of my favorite desserts so far.
