Even though the groundbreaking could be days away - and it will instantly disrupt $737 billion of our economy - the actual location of this base is unknown.
Unknown to the White House. Unknown to the highest ranks of the military, and even the National Intelligence Community.
But, by the end of next year, this base will impact 98% of the U.S. population. Those areas are represented on the map below.
