BSS Operations Engineers (Multiple Positions)
Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
· Trouble shooting Day-to-day issues and maintain KPI’s as per SLA.
· Software / Firmware upgrades.
· Providing Technical support to various functions including Field engineers, technicians and NOC teams.
· Acts as a key contact between customer and the company.
· Testing Hardware / Software upgrades for deployment.
· Should also act as in internal trainer for junior support staff and team members.
· Should work as a key contact between various functions.
· Resolution of issues escalated by other teams.
· Local monitoring during network issues.
· Periodic reporting
Qualification & Experience:
· Engineering Graduate from a recognized university with 2-3 Years of Experience especially on NSN Equipment.
· Hands-on experience on working on BSS.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
Transmission Executives - SLM
Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
· Supervision of Link Alignment activities.
· Identification of Link issues.
· Link Re-routing
· Periodic reporting
· Evaluation of new hardware products, software upgrades and ensuring KPI’s as per SLA.
Qualification & Experience:
· Engineering Graduate from a recognized university with 2-3 Years of Experience especially on NSN Equipment.
· Hands-on experience on working on Transmission and Radio services.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
BTS Engineers (Multiple Positions)
Location: Islamabad
Job Description:
· Trouble shooting of BTS related issues.
· Key coordinator with Support function like Transmission, NOC, Service Level Teams, Planning.
· Resolution of Trouble Tickets and matters escalated by NOC and Project Teams.
· Software Updates / Upgrades.
· Periodic Reporting.
· Deployment of RF Repeaters
· Equipment Monitoring.
Qualification:
· Engineering Graduate from a recognized university with 2-3 Years of Experience especially on NSN Equipment.
· Hands-on experience on working on BSC/BTS.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills.
