We wish to inform you that besides the topic mentioned in the workshop contents, the issue of Factory Inspection by the Labor Department under various Labor Laws will also be included in discussion.
Needless to mention here that recently the Govt. of Punjab has restored the mandatory Factory Inspection System which was discontinued a decade ago. Ways & means to deal with this new situation and Employer’s liabilities for maintaining records etc will be part of the discussion.
